Delaubrac stoves are a picture-perfect demonstration of the 3000-year old fine art of metal enamelling. Our ranges are treated with a mixture of glass particles, rock salts, and inorganic colorings, and baked at temperatures exceeding 1000° as many as three times so that the metal and enamel truly fuse for lifetime permanence.
Our enamel naturally resists any kind of damage or blemish, and the care taken to ensure perfection is part of the definition of a Delaubrac cooker.
Delaubrac ranges are available in 14 standard enamel colors. There are six different metal trim finishes. Stainless steel bodies and trim are also available as options.
