All of Delaubrac's ranges can be customized in many ways, from cooktop configuration to oven doors and drawers. Custom ranges can be designed with any combination of standard burners, electric, vitro-ceramic, or induction plates, rotisserie or deep-fryer, or teppan yaki grill plate.

Oven doors can be ordered with or without viewing windows. A storage tray or broiler drawer is optional.
